  6. Stephen Usher suggests replacement of the current scanf() with the one
  7. taken from GNU.  Be careful with that!  Currently MiNT/TOS libraries,
  8. which come with gcc but can be used with other compilers, are practically
  9. GNU-free.  Polluting them that way may be not such a hot idea.
  10. Implications are far ranging.  Better look at BSD code.

  12. I do not have ideological quarrels with FSF and GNU licence.  Actually
  13. I even contributed bits and pieces of my own work to some FSF projects.
  14. Still I would tread with caution.
